Carcino-Embryonic Antigen(CEA)
Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is a kind of glycoprotein, belonging to embryo antigen, which mainly exists in fetal gastrointestinal tissue. The CEA content of normal adults is very low, but it can be significantly increased in the serum of some malignant tumors, such as colon cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer and so on.
