CPV disease is a highly infectious disease caused by CPV, and its clinical manifestations are acute hemorrhagic enteritis and myocarditis. When healthy dogs were infected with canine parvovirus through the digestive tract, the virus mainly attacked two kinds of cells, one was intestinal epithelial cells and the other was cardiomyocytes, which showed gastrointestinal symptoms and myocarditis symptoms respectively. Myocarditis is more common in puppies. It is one of the most serious infectious diseases affecting dogs.
