Mycoplasma pneumoniae (M. neumonia) is the pathogen of human mycoplasma pneumonia. The main pathological changes of mycoplasma pneumonia are interstitial pneumonia and sometimes bronchopneumonia, which is called primary atypical pneumonia. It is mainly transmitted by droplets, the incubation period is 2 ~ 3 weeks, and the incidence is highest in adolescents. The clinical symptoms are mild, even no symptoms at all, if there is only headache, sore throat, fever, cough and other general respiratory symptoms, but there are also individual deaths reported. It can occur all year round, but mostly in autumn and winter.
