Non-agglutinating monoclonal antibody (mAb) against human erythrocyte membrane antigen is an important component of all kinds of bispecific antibody molecules related to self blood agglutination tests. This antibody can cause autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AHA). Antiglobulin tests are used to detect anti-red blood cell antibodies. There are direct and indirect antiglobulin tests: direct antiglobulin tests are used to detect antibodies on the surface of red blood cells; Indirect antiglobulin tests are used to detect free anti-red blood cell antibodies. Suitable for chromatographic platform.
